Distance Sales Agreement

1Parties to the Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement is entered into between Get Cappadocia Transfer, a Turkey-based private airport transfer, shuttle transfer, and VIP transfer service provider, as the service provider, and the customer who completes a booking through the Get Cappadocia Transfer website (www.getcappadociatransfer.com) or any authorised booking channel. By completing a booking and making payment, the customer acknowledges having read, understood and unconditionally accepted all terms set forth in this agreement, the Terms of Use, the Privacy & Cookies Policy, and the Cancellation & Refund Conditions.

2Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this agreement is the regulation of the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the private transfer services offered by Get Cappadocia Transfer through electronic means (distance selling). Services include but are not limited to: private airport transfers from Nevşehir Kapadokya Airport (NAV), Kayseri Erkilet Airport (ASR), Istanbul airports (IST, SAW), Antalya Airport (AYT), and all other Turkish airports; inter-city shuttle and private transfers between cities; hourly chauffeur and VIP transfer services; hotel-to-hotel transfers; custom tour transfers within Cappadocia and surrounding regions; and corporate transfer arrangements. All services are performed by licensed drivers in commercially insured vehicles under Turkish passenger transport regulations.

3Booking Formation & Confirmation

A booking is formed when the customer selects a route, vehicle category, date and time, provides accurate passenger details, accepts these terms, and completes payment or confirms a corporate account booking. The booking becomes legally binding upon written confirmation by Get Cappadocia Transfer via email or SMS. Until such confirmation is issued, no contractual obligation exists on either party. Get Cappadocia Transfer reserves the right to decline any booking without providing a reason. The booking confirmation email serves as proof of contract and must be retained by the customer.

4Prices, Payment & Currency

All prices displayed on the Get Cappadocia Transfer website are inclusive of all applicable taxes (VAT where applicable), highway tolls, bridge tolls, and parking fees unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) by default; customers may select alternative display currencies for reference, but payment is processed in EUR unless otherwise agreed. Payment is due in full at the time of booking unless the customer holds an approved corporate account with agreed payment terms. Accepted payment methods include major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), secure bank transfer, and cash payment directly to the driver (where pre-approved). Prices are fixed at the time of booking and will not increase unless the customer requests changes to the booking after confirmation that result in additional distance, waiting time, or vehicle upgrade.

5Service Description & Inclusions

Get Cappadocia Transfer provides private vehicle transfers with licensed, professionally trained drivers. Every transfer service includes: meet-and-greet service at airports with a personalised name board; luggage assistance; complimentary bottled water; 60 minutes of free waiting time for airport pickups (from actual flight landing time) and 15 minutes for other pickups; real-time flight monitoring; child safety seats available upon advance request at no extra charge; and 24/7 customer support. Wi-Fi availability, additional refreshments, and multimedia entertainment depend on the selected vehicle category and are indicated on the vehicle details page. Vehicles are maintained to high safety standards and are fully insured under Turkish commercial passenger transport regulations (K1/T1 licence).

6Right of Withdrawal & Cooling-Off

Under Turkish consumer protection law (Consumer Protection Law No. 6502) and EU distance selling directives where applicable, customers have the right to cancel a booking without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. This constitutes the statutory cooling-off period for distance sales of transport services. For cancellations within this withdrawal period, a full refund of 100% of the booking amount will be issued within 14 days of the cancellation request to the original payment method. Cancellations made after the withdrawal period are subject to the Cancellation & Refund Conditions. The right of withdrawal does not apply to bookings where the service has already commenced or where the customer has explicitly waived the right in exchange for a time-sensitive promotional price.

7Pre-Contractual Information Obligations

Before the customer completes a booking, Get Cappadocia Transfer provides the following mandatory pre-contractual information in a clear and comprehensible manner: (a) the main characteristics of the service including route, vehicle category, and inclusions; (b) the total price including all taxes and additional charges, or the method of calculation if the exact price cannot be determined in advance; (c) the identity and address of Get Cappadocia Transfer; (d) payment methods accepted; (e) the booking confirmation process; (f) the cancellation and refund terms; (g) the driver waiting policy; (h) complaint handling procedures; (i) the applicable law and jurisdiction. The customer is responsible for reviewing and verifying all details before confirming the booking.

8Data Processing Under This Agreement

In connection with the performance of this agreement, Get Cappadocia Transfer processes customer personal data including full name, contact telephone number, email address, pickup and destination addresses, flight or travel details, number of passengers, special requests, and payment transaction data. This data is processed solely for the purposes of: (a) fulfilling the booked transfer service; (b) communicating operational details to the customer and driver; (c) complying with Turkish transport licensing and tax obligations; (d) handling customer support inquiries; and (e) with explicit consent, sending marketing communications. Data is handled in accordance with the Privacy & Cookies Policy and Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). Customers have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their data as detailed in the Privacy & Cookies Policy.

9Limitation of Liability

Get Cappadocia Transfer liability under this agreement is strictly limited to the total value of the booked service. Get Cappadocia Transfer is not liable for: missed flights, hotel check-in delays, or missed connections; consequential losses including lost business revenue, lost vacation days, or emotional distress; losses caused by traffic congestion, adverse weather, road closures, airport security delays, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Get Cappadocia Transfer; damage to luggage beyond the compulsory insurance limits; or personal items left in the vehicle after the transfer concludes. All vehicles carry compulsory passenger liability insurance as required by Turkish commercial transport law. Claims for damages must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the service date with supporting evidence.

10Complaints & Dispute Resolution

Customers who are dissatisfied with any aspect of the service are encouraged to contact Get Cappadocia Transfer as soon as possible so the issue can be resolved promptly. Complaints must be submitted in writing via email to info@getcappadociatransfer.com or by post to the address below within 14 days of the service date. Get Cappadocia Transfer will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and provide a substantive response within 10 business days. If the complaint is not resolved to the customer's satisfaction, the parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation before initiating legal proceedings. Mediation will be conducted under the rules of the Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committee or an alternative mutually agreed mediator.

11Governing Law, Jurisdiction & Language

This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nevşehir, Turkey. The parties agree that any legal action must be brought in the Turkish courts and waive any objection to venue in such courts. This agreement is published in English. In the event of any ambiguity, the English version shall prevail. The customer acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to review, understand, and save this agreement before completing the booking.

12Amendments & Entire Agreement

Get Cappadocia Transfer reserves the right to amend this Distance Sales Agreement at any time to reflect changes in legal requirements, business practices, or service offerings. Amendments become effective upon publication on the website with the date of the last revision clearly displayed. Bookings confirmed prior to an amendment remain subject to the terms in force at the time of booking. This agreement, together with the Terms of Use, Privacy & Cookies Policy, and Cancellation & Refund Conditions, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior discussions, representations, or agreements.
