"Get Cappadocia Transfer" refers to the private airport transfer, shuttle transfer, and VIP transfer service provider operating in Turkey, managed by Get Cappadocia Transfer. "Customer" or "Passenger" refers to any individual or entity that books or uses the services provided by Get Cappadocia Transfer. "Booking" refers to a confirmed reservation for a transfer service. "Driver" refers to the licensed professional chauffeur assigned to perform the transfer service. "Vehicle" refers to the licensed, insured automobile used to perform the transfer.
By accessing, browsing, or using the Get Cappadocia Transfer website (www.getcappadociatransfer.com), mobile application, or booking services, the customer agrees to be unconditionally bound by these Terms of Use. If the customer does not agree to any part of these terms, they must not use the services. These terms apply to all users including individual passengers, corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, and website visitors. Continued use of the services following any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Get Cappadocia Transfer is a Turkey-based private transfer service provider specialising in airport transfers, hotel transfers, inter-city shuttle services, and VIP chauffeur-driven transfers across Cappadocia, Nevşehir, Kayseri, Istanbul, Antalya, and all major Turkish destinations. Services include meet-and-greet at airports, luggage assistance, complimentary refreshments, child safety seats, and custom tour arrangements. All drivers are licensed by Turkish authorities and all vehicles are commercially insured under Turkish passenger transport regulations.
All bookings are subject to vehicle and driver availability. A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation email or SMS from Get Cappadocia Transfer. Get Cappadocia Transfer reserves the right to decline, postpone, or cancel any booking at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of insufficient vehicle availability, unsafe conditions, or force majeure events. Prices quoted at the time of booking are fixed and inclusive of all applicable taxes, tolls, parking fees, and fuel costs unless explicitly stated otherwise. No additional charges will be applied unless the customer requests changes to the booking after confirmation.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are free of charge and eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours but more than 2 hours before pickup may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total booking value. Cancellations less than 2 hours before pickup, or after the driver has departed, are non-refundable. No-shows — where the passenger is not present at the agreed location within the specified waiting time without prior notice — will be charged the full booking amount. To cancel a booking, customers must use the My Bookings page on the website or contact Get Cappadocia Transfer directly via the contact details provided below.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete pickup location, drop-off destination, contact telephone number, flight or train details, and the number of passengers and luggage items. Get Cappadocia Transfer is not liable for missed transfers, delays, or additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer. Passengers must ensure their total luggage fits within the stated vehicle capacity for the selected vehicle category. Excess luggage may result in additional charges or the need to upgrade to a larger vehicle. Customers must be present at the agreed pickup location at the scheduled time.
For airport pickups, drivers wait free of charge for up to 60 minutes after the actual flight landing time, as monitored through real-time flight tracking systems. For hotel, residence, or other non-airport pickups, the driver will wait up to 15 minutes from the scheduled pickup time. Extended waiting beyond these periods may be charged at a rate of €5 per 15-minute interval, subject to driver and vehicle availability. Customers who expect delays are strongly encouraged to notify Get Cappadocia Transfer as early as possible.
Get Cappadocia Transfer operates with full passenger liability insurance as required by Turkish commercial transport law (K1/T1 licence regulations). Liability for any direct loss or damage caused by proven negligence is limited to the total cost of the booked transfer service. Get Cappadocia Transfer is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages, including but not limited to missed flights, missed hotel check-ins, lost business opportunities, or emotional distress. Get Cappadocia Transfer is not responsible for delays caused by traffic congestion, adverse weather conditions, road closures, airport security procedures, customs delays, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Get Cappadocia Transfer reserves the right to substitute the booked vehicle with an equivalent or superior vehicle of the same or higher category if the original vehicle is unavailable due to maintenance, breakdown, or operational reasons. In the event of a significant service disruption that prevents fulfilment of the booking, Get Cappadocia Transfer will offer the customer a choice between an alternative transfer solution or a full refund of the booking amount.
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully and lawfully towards drivers, other passengers, and third parties throughout the journey. Get Cappadocia Transfer reserves the right to terminate a journey without refund in cases of abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or dangerous behaviour. Smoking, vaping, consumption of alcohol, and eating messy or strong-smelling foods are not permitted inside vehicles. Passengers are financially responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle interior or exterior through negligence or misconduct.
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or in connection with these terms or the use of Get Cappadocia Transfer services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nevşehir, Turkey. Customers agree that any legal action must be brought in the Turkish courts and waive any objection to venue in such courts.
Get Cappadocia Transfer may update, amend, or revise these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be published on the website with the date of the last revision clearly displayed. Continued use of the website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is the customer's responsibility to review the terms periodically.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent as closely as possible.
